Mary Fedden was a British artist who developed her own beautiful style of flower paintings and still lifes after World War II, reminiscent of artists such as Matisse and Braque. She seemed to have adored cats, having many paintings of cats doing cat things, such as The Stalker. Cat lovers unite! The Stalker measures 11″ x 14″ – as the smaller of several sizes – on a 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas.
