We proudly have very few returns, but we respond to and resolve any concerns you may have in a timely and courteous manner. The most common reasons for returns are below.
Please choose your canvas carefully. Our standard mesh size is 14 count, which we will send if you do not provide a mesh preference when ordering.
In the event you receive a canvas in a different mesh than requested, please contact us and we will have the incorrect mesh size picked up and send you a new canvas in the correct mesh.
A canvas made in specific sizes for you are considered custom. Custom canvases are not returnable.
Canvases on sale are new and not returnable.
Should you have a canvas that you find too challenging you can return it in the same condition as received, and exchange for a different canvas.
Please contact us by phone or email before a return.
There are no returns accepted for any other reason except that described immediately above or if a canvas is received damaged as indicated in the next section of this page. Please do not send a canvas or kit back to us without contacting us first.
Damaged or Defective Canvases
In the event that you receive a damaged canvas (rarely, and usually by the carrier) please call or email us and we will be glad to quickly send a substitute canvas. In the event you receive a canvas that is either defective or the wrong item, a replacement will be sent promptly upon notification.
Please note that all canvases are unfinished canvas. Unless otherwise noted — such as products that are listed as kits — canvases do not come with yarn or thread. Refunds or returns are to be made within 14 days of the ship date inclusive of shipping time ( special order threads are not included – see below). Custom sized canvases are non refundable. Refunds or returns will no longer be considered if you buy a canvas believing it to be a finished piece of needlepoint canvas or if you thought your canvas came with threads when sold as canvas only. Thank you for your understanding.
Custom ordered canvases, which include images provided by you that are not part of our collection, as well as custom sized canvases of patterns from our website are not returnable.
Returning Kits and Threads
Kits can be returned should it arrive damaged or you are sent the wrong one in error. Otherwise, threads – intact or partial skeins or hanks cannot be returned, except if we have made an error in a color selection sent to you.
Canceling Your Order
If you need to cancel an order please call or email us within 24 hours of your purchase as we strive to ship all orders within five to seven business days of purchase date. We can upon request do expedited orders.
