Hiroshige was born in the late 1700’s in Edo (today’s Tokyo). He was a contemporary of another great Japanese master – Hokusai. Hiroshige created more than 8,000 works during his lifetime; exploring many facets of his contemporary daily life in his native country. Tea House is a lovely gentle scene good for the beginner looking for a challenge without being overly complicated as well as the more experienced hand. Kit includes an 8″ x 12″ on 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas and all the silk threads needed to complete. Please indicate your mesh preference in the Notes section at Checkout.
