No, this is not a photograph of beautiful flowers. This is a painting, by one of the world’s most talented living artists, Thomas Darnell. He is known for his flowers, particularly peonies, and he is equally talented at abstracts and landscapes. The richness of colors in this canvas are best served with vibrant silk threads, which we are happy to select and add to this 11″ x 19″ canvas. Best stitched with a simple stitch – go slowly – and stitch one flower at a time. The richness of color is very forgiving so you can relax more with this piece, as compared with his peonies that have a good deal of shading, that this does not. Available on 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas. We suggest you select the smallest mesh you can manage well with – and please indicate your preference in the note section at checkout.
