English Pre-Raphaelite painter and draftsman, John William Waterhouse was one of the most prolific painters of all time. Born in Rome and best known for his luminous portraits of females, his work spanned over five decades and includes some of the most stunning subjects using a wide range of technique. Windswept is a lovely canvas best worked in 16 or 18 mesh. If choosing 14 we recommend silk threads to complete the 16.5″ x 24″ mono deluxe needlepoint canvas.
