One gorgeous example of many from the Frescoes that adorn the Chapel of the Magi. Michelozzo di Bartolommeo, the architect of the di Medici’s new palace on Via Larga, designed a rectangular room in the interior part of the palace to serve as the family’s chapel. The frescoes painted on the walls of the chapel are by Benozzo Gozzoli referred to as The Chapel of the Magi. There are some exquisitely painted figures and landscapes in the Procession.
