Ferdinand Hodler was one of the better known Swiss painters in the 19th century, best known for his landscapes, but equally talented in portraiture. Valentine is a lovely composition for the stitcher who enjoys portraits and is looking for a sophisticated piece without being overly challenging. Measures 11″ x 15″ on 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas. We are happy to select and add appropriate wool or silk threads to help complete. Also available in a larger size.
