Joaquin Sorrolla, a Spanish painter who excelled in portraits and landscapes, most of which were painted en plein air, produced a significant body of work. Two Sisters captures the light and color of the oceans and you can almost feel the water and sun on your skin! A beautiful piece especially when stitched with silk threads to capture the light and subtleties of colors. Measures 10″ x 14″ on either 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas. We suggest 16 mesh and silk threads, but are happy to select and add appropriate silk, wool or perle cotton threads to help complete. Available in alternate sizes.
