Like other Impressionists, Monet expressed light and color as a single entity within his paintings. A large portion of his paintings are water scenes or landscapes in spring or summer. The Magpie may be lesser known, but it so beautifully captures the serenity and light of snow in winter. Measures 10″ x 15″ – the smaller of several sizes – on 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas. We are partial to silk threads but will gladly select appropriate silk/merino wool blend, silk or Mandarin Floss to help complete. Please contact us if you would like us to add the threads to complete the canvas. Available in alternate sizes.
