This lovely composition is a canvaswork picture of a stag n the woods with birds, flowers and insects, with crewel yarns on a natural plain-woven linen canvas. Will make a gorgeous pillow or framed for a wall on its own or with coordinating patterns. The colors are muted here due to the age of the original – the picture you see is of the original. It can be stitched in more vibrant palette of colors or in muted tones in either wool or silk threads. We are happy to select and add appropriate wool or silk threads to help complete.
