Josef Hoffman, an artist from the Weiner Wersktatte – a community of visual artists that evolved from the Vienna Secession in the late 1800’s. With his creative power and, above all, his feeling for design, Josef Hoffmann played a major part in the shaping of the aesthetic perception and aesthetic understanding of the 20th century. Santa Sofia will make a lovely wall hanging – or drape along the back of a couch – and measures 38″ x 29.5″ on 14 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas. We are partial to tapestry or merino wool threads for Sofia, but will be happy to select and add wool or silk threads to help complete. Save 10% when you order the threads with the canvas.
