Description
We love this delicate bouqeut painted originally by an elephant named Noppakhao. Noppakhao is one of various elephants who are cared for by The Asian Elephant Art and Conservation Project (AEACP), a charity dedicated to saving the diminishing number of Asian Elephants left on our planet. The Elephants in their care have been given paint and time to paint for their own benefit. The Art Project gives the elephants and their caretakers the artistic tool to change their lives for the better as their natural habitat disappears.
Small canvas particularly nice to take along or to rest with in between a larger or harder canvas. Great for beginners and more experienced stitchers alike. Kit includes an 8″ x 12″ 14 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas. With and all the merino wool or silk threads needed. A significant percentage of each purchase of our Elephant Art canvas series benefit the AEACP. Truly a work of art! Not only are you stitching a remarkable piece but you are also helping both domesticated and what remains of the wild elephant populations of the world. Please indicate your mesh and thread preference int he notes section at Checkout. If you do not provide a mesh or thread preference, we will send the more popular 14 count with merino wool.
