Many of his paintings concern traditionally Japanese subjects, particularly chickens and other birds. His work is timeless, detailed and gorgeous. This is a detail of one his more well known images of Phoenix. Measures 13″ x 14″ as the smaller of several sizes on 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas.
