Adapted from an 18th century wood block from the northern area of Japan. Rare to find early work depicting men, and we love the strength and yet surety in his face. Wonderful canvas for the beginner looking for a more sophisticated canvas without being overly challenging. Canvas measures 14″ x 18″ on 14 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas. We are happy to select appropriate wool, perle cotton or silk threads to help complete. Please contact us if you would like us to add the fibers of your choice.
