Little Girl in Orange by William Johnson was painted in 1944. Â William Johnson is best know for his vignettes of everyday life. Â His folk style is repeated in much of his own and inspired by iconic imagery and color. Little Girl is one of a series. Â Collect a few and wake up a wall or place them on a comfy seating area for a warm cushion collection. Some of the art work by him can look especially nice for a small area rug. Little Girl in Orange is faithfully reposed from the original from the Smithsonian American Art Museum and measure 11″ x 15″ on 14, 16 or 18 mesh. Good for all skill levels and lots of different types of stitches if you wish to do more than the basic needlepoint stitches. Â Please indicate your mesh preference in the note section at checkout. If you do not provide a preference, we will send the more popular 14 count. Please contact us if you would like us to add wool or silk threads to the canvas. Available in alternate sizes.
