Description
Hermine, one of the daughters of Karl Wittgenstein, wears a white dress, similar to those created by Emilie Eloge. This is the first commissioned portrait in which Klimt uses abstract, geometric designs within the dress and the background. The image has been cropped a bit for the website, but the canvas will display the original art in full, with her head in full and the full length of her beautiful dress. Measures 23″ x 41″ on 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas. Makes a wonderful companion to Adele or Emilie Floge to make a wonderful impact no matter where she resides when completed. We are happy to select and add all the beautiful, easy-to-use silk thread and a mix of some speciality threads if you would like to render the dress, with special attention to the top area of her dress. Please indicate your mesh preference in the note section at checkout. Choose the smallest mesh most comfortable for you whilst stitching. We will send the 14 mesh if you do not provide a preference. Please contact us if you would like us to add threads to the canvas. Available in alternate sizes.
