A fantastic wall hanging or rug! We love the symmetry and colors of this piece; as well as the possibilities for stitch combination. Adapted from an Owen Jones design. Jones passionately believed in the search for a modern style unique to
the nineteenth century – one which was radically different to the
prevailing aesthetics of Neo-Classicism and the Gothic Revival. We are partial to silk threads for this sophisticated pattern, but are equally happy to pull appropriate wool threads to help complete the 24″ x 35″ mono deluxe canvas – the smaller of several sizes. Available in 14, 16 or 18 mesh. Please indicate your mesh preference in the Notes section at Checkout. If you do not provide a preference we will send the more popular 14 mesh.
