What a gorgeous painting by the very talented Albrecht Durer, one of the most gifted and versatile artists, considered the greatest German artist of the Renaissance. Like his contemporary, Leonardo da Vinci, Durer found wonder in everyday subject matter. His epitaph reads: “what beauty is, I know not, though it adheres to many things.” Measures 16.5″ x 16″ on either 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas.
