You could not join us at our first ever retreat in Maine last October.

Join us this October in the beautiful town of Brunswick, an easy 30 minute cab ride from Portland’s airport.
Set at the edge of Bowdoin College, the hotel is steps away from more than 50 diverse eateries,
unique boutiques, world-class museums, live theater, a year-round Farmers Market, & more.

Retreat Dates: Arrive Friday October 23rd to settle in.

Classes with a microphone this time
for group presentation and discussions
about what to stitch where and why.
We will cover a lot of information on stitches –
how to do them, why to do them
and guide you in a customized stitch guide journey geared to you,
based on your selection and experience – build your stitching repertoire and confidence .
Ways to “see” the final outcome of your canvas –
when’s the time to assess the progress of your stitching- lots of factors including seeing color
-that a stitcher can gain from and use in any subsequent canvas, while having fun!

What you will be stitching at the retreat is separate from the weekend fee. Why?
Because you can choose nearly any kit from the website
with or without a stitch guide.
The project you bring is an integral part of the weekend learning and stitching experience
and should be something you just have to stitch well!
It can also be possible to bring a canvas you already have from us that is presently unstitched so we can create a custom stitch guide.
Details of suggested kits will be forthcoming after you register.

Second half of the weekend fee is due by 9/1/2026
Refunds will be provided if something happens at the venue, which is most unlikely.
