Maria Sibylla Merian was a fine painter and superb naturalist, one of the first woman scientists we know of. Her observations of animals, insects and their relationships with plants revolutionized botany and zoology. We love the intensity of colors of her Crocodile and Coral Snake for a decorative pillow. Measures 16″ x 22″ on either 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas. Please indicate your mesh preference in the Notes section at Checkout.
