Description
Considered a radical Louis Schanker was an American artist in the
1900’s. His abstracts, according to the New York Times art critic at
the time, were lyrical and the artist himself stated the following about
his work: ” I have great respect for the forms of nature and an
inherent need to express myself in relation to those forms.” Coney Island is a bit more subdued than many of his abstracts, and a terrific tribute to a well known destination. Measures 12″ x 15″ on 14 or 16 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint
canvas. We are happy to select and add appropriate wool or silk threads
to help complete. Please indicate your mesh preference in the Notes section at Checkout. Also available on a smaller count.
Please contact us if you would like us to add the fibers of your choice.
