Iguanas took on legendary or supernatural connotations in the ancient world, among many other primeval reptiles. Our Iguana Rug (don’t let us stop you from hanging it on a wall!) wears a headdress as depicted in ancient textiles of the Chimu culture. The image may appear as a strong orange color on some monitors, but the kit will include a red for the background color. Kit includes a 27.5″ x 38″ on 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas and all the merino wool or durable, easy-to-use silk threads needed to complete.
