Description
Hiroshige was born in the late 1700’s in Edo (today’s Tokyo). He was a contemporary of another great Japanese master – Hokusai. Hiroshige created more than 8,000 works during his lifetime; exploring many facets of his contemporary daily life in his native country. We love the whimsical nature of the Shoal of Fish – quite unlike many of his landscapes and depictions of everyday life in Japan. Kit includes an 11″ x 16.5″ on 14 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas and all the threads needed to complete. If you prefer a different mesh please indicate your preference in the Notes section at Checkout.
