Charles De Haspe is a Belgian 19th Century painter who enjoyed success with his eye for detail and beautifully colored paintings. Tulips is no exception. A great choice for needlepoint with fine threads. Measures 11″ x 14″ – the smaller of several sizes – on 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas.
