Fantastic use of color and scale.  This is the smaller of several sizes – would look great as a large commanding piece for the wall or as an area rug.  Measures 14″ x 14″  – the smaller of several sizes – on 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas. Jef Bourgeau is a multi-media artist whose oeuvre includes various subject- from abstracts  to still lifes, animals and landscape – all of which draw you in with an outstanding use of color.  He also founded Detroit’s contemporary museum in 1996.
