The Birth of Venus is a painting by the Italian artist Sandro Botticelli, probably executed in the mid-1480s. It depicts the goddess Venus arriving at the shore after her birth, when she had emerged from the sea fully-grown. This lovely canvas measures 11″ x 14″ – the smaller of several sizes – on 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas. Kit includes the canvas, all the easy silk threads, gold needles, a print for reference, and scissor. We are always here to help create her beautiful face.
