Fuertes was the most notable ornithological painter since Audubon. His illustrations and oil paintings are amazingly life like, though he often did not paint or draw the bird or animal from real life study. We love the Egyptian Falcon - an unusual piece for a collection of wildlife - or add some drama to a seating area. Measures 14" x 16" on 14, 16 or 18 mono deluxe needlepoint canvas.
