Thongpoon so named by his mahout (caretaker), is a remarkably talented elephant artist. These lovely delicate flowers (great for a beginner or fast fun project) it has been adapted to needlepoint canvas as one of a delightful series of paintings by elephants to showcase remarkable artists that are not human and to help support a very worthwhile organization. Thongpoon is one of various elephants who are cared for by The Asian Elephant Art and Conservation Project (AEACP), a charity dedicated to saving the diminishing number of Asian Elephants left on our planet. Measures 9 x 12″ on 14 or 16 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas. Please indicate your mesh preference in the Notes section at checkout.
