The Pageboy, one of many details from the Frescoes that adorn the Chapel of the Magi. Michelozzo di Bartolommeo, the architect of the di Medici's new palace on Via Larga, designed a rectangular room in the interior part of the palace to serve as the family's chapel. The frescoes painted on the walls of the chapel are by Benozzo Gozzoli referred to as The Chapel of the Magi. There are many figures in the Procession of the Magi and this particular portrait, magnificent as a 11" x 16.5". Available on 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas. We are happy to select and add appropriate colors of wool or silk fibers to help complete. Please indicate your mesh preference in the note section at checkout.
