Franz Marc was one of the foremost painters of the German expressionist movement in the early 1900’s. There are many well-known paintings, and other lesser known but equally dramatic. Stylized differently than his Blue Foxes, we find this canvas mesmerizing. Belongs in every Marc lover’s collection. Marc Monkey measures 11″ x 15.5″ on 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono needlepoint canvas.
