A very accomplished painter who had a short life, but whose work was a significant contribution to the Nabis movement. Les Nabis were Post impressionists French painters who greatly influenced graphic design during the late 1800's and beyond, and which paralleled the Art Nouveau movement. We love the simplicity and striking pattern of the flowers - Iris Grand would make a wonderful cushion as well as a framed piece and is a companion to his Irises and Violets.
