Like other Impressionists, Monet expressed light and color as a single entity within his paintings. The Regatta at Argenteuil is a lovely example of his balance of color and light. A canvas that requires some patience, but it is well worth the effort and a tad easier than other Monet's. Measures 12" x 18" on 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas. We recommend 14 for wools and wool blends, 16 for pearle and 18 for silk threads. We are partial to silk threads but will gladly select appropriate wool, silk or pearle cotton to help complete.
